Are the hotels within the London Congestion Zone? caret-down

Yes.
Ultra Low Emission Zone: The Zone is in place throughout central London, to help improve air quality. Find out more about how it may affect you if you’re driving in The City.
Congestion Charge Zone: The Congestion Charge is a daily charge if you drive within the Charging zone 07:00-22:00, every day, except Christmas Day (25 December). You only need to pay once, no matter how many times you drive in and out of the Congestion Charge zone on the same day.

What is the hotel cancellation policy? caret-down

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any amendments, cancellations, or non-arrivals made after 12:00 pm (hotel time) two days prior to the stay date may incur a one-night charge to the card provided.

Hotel Facilities

Do the rooms have tea & coffee making facilities? caret-down

Our Suites & Junior Suites have Nespresso machines with a selection of complimentary Allpress pods. For all other room categories please let the reception team know if you would like tea or coffee making facilities to be placed in your room and we will ensure that you have all you need

Do the rooms have hairdryers & irons? caret-down

All  rooms have a hairdryer. Should you require and iron and ironing board please let reception know and we will bring them to your room.

Food & Drink

Do you have a bar or restaurant? caret-down

Each hotel has an Honesty Bar and a Gin Bar, which are open to hotel guests only. None of the hotels have restaurants, though we serve breakfast, and offer a limited room service menu (available 24 hours)

What time is breakfast served? caret-down

Generally between 7am and 10am, but we can always accommodate earlier or later times on request.
